Know Her? Woman Accused Of Stealing Purse At Baskin-Robbins In New Canaan A woman caught on surveillance camera is accused of stealing someone's purse in New Canaan. The alleged victim was at  Baskin-Robbins on Friday, July 5 and forgot her purse on the chair, according to New Canaan Police. The woman wearing a green and yellow shirt allegedly took the purse between 3:30 and 5 p.m. and put it in her bag after looking around for a camera, said police. Anyone who can help identify the alleged thief should call New Canaan police officer Ochs at 203-594-3502.
