A 60-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run while crossing North Broad Street in Philadelphia early Monday morning, police announced. The crash happened in the 2700 block of North Broad Street around 12:44 a.m. on Monday, June 16, 2025, according to a release from the Philadelphia Police Department. A search is on for two masked suspects who robbed a jewelry store of a New Jersey mall Friday, Feb. 2. The masked men entered Philly Diamond Connection at the Cherry Hill Mall around 10:40 a.m., and held the employees at gunpoint while emptying the store's safe, police said. House Burglars Caught On Video In Roxborough, Say Philly Police
Authorities are investigating a string of home break-ins that targeted residents in the Roxborough area on Saturday night, Dec. 9, Philadelphia police said in a release. Three men and one woman who acted as a lookout burglarized at least three homes between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., the department said. After confronting a would-be car burglar, a man was shot at.
