A Suffolk County police K-9 broke free from its handler and bit a bystander during a packed funeral service for fallen NYPD officer Didarul Islam, Daily Voice has learned. The incident happened Thursday, July 31, during services for Islam, who was among four people shot and killed earlier this week inside a Manhattan highrise on Park Avenue.
