Another Long Island Applebee’s has completed its remodel, the latest in a series of upgrades for the casual dining chain. Applebee’s at 1300 Corporate Drive in Westbury hosted a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday, May 12 — even though the restaurant was never closed during the renovation.
