On Thursday, Jan. 9 at 11:58 a.m., officers responded to a residence under construction on Mount Olive Road after a contractor, later identified as Austin Cole, threatened two contractors while brandishing a handgun after an argument, Mount Olive police said. A contractor in Bucks County awaits sentencing after being convicted of sexually assaulting the child of a client in 2021, officials say.
Jeffrey T. Lukens, 62, of Buckingham Township, was found guilty of felony indecent assault of a child under 13 and unlawful contact with a minor, said Bucks District Attorney Matthew Weintraub. The jury delivered its verdict Wednesday, March 15 following a three-day trial, the DA said.
