Library Patrons Face Sharp Cuts To Monthly Movie, Audiobook Borrowing Limits In Westchester Westchester County library patrons are now facing significantly tighter limits on how many digital movies, audiobooks, and other titles they can borrow each month. As of Sunday, Feb. 1, the Westchester Library System has cut borrowing allowances on its popular digital platforms, Hoopla and Kanopy. Patrons can now borrow just three titles per month on Hoopla — down from the previous limit of 10. Man Possessed Child Porn Video, Images: Franklin Boro Police A 30-year-old Franklin man was arrested and charged with possessing child porn last month authorities announced Thursday, April 9. Devin Ramos-Artigas was arrested on Tuesday, March 25, following an investigation, the Franklin Borough Police Department said. A search warrant was executed at Ramos-Artigas’ home after it was determined he possessed digital media on multiple devices containing images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of minors, police said. Ramos-Artigas was charged with possession of child pornography, police said.

Bucks Man Tried To Meet FBI Agent Posing As 11-Year-Old Girl For Sex, Authorities Say A federal jury found a 27-year-old Bucks County man guilty of multiple child exploitation offenses after he tried to meet an undercover FBI agent posing as an 11-year-old girl online for sex, authorities said. Kyle Paine, of Langhorne, was indicted on the charges in January 2020. The charges stem from an investigation in March 2019 when Paine attempted to meet the FBI agent posing as the young girl for sex, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
