A Lancaster County teen drowned while swimming in a pond on a Peach Bottom farm, the Lancaster County Coroner announced on Monday, Aug. 4. Police responded to two marine emergencies off the Westchester coast on the same evening. The first call came in on Thursday evening, July 17, reporting a sailboat in distress off of Manursing Island, the City of Rye Police Department said on Friday, July 18.
