A Palisades Park police officer has been charged with false swearing under oath following an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office, authorities said.
Cory J. Havens, 32, of Vauxhall, NJ, on Tuesday, Feb. 3, who had been under investigation or allegations of inappropriate conduct, Daily Voice has learned.
The charge stems from an administrative investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Confidential Investigations Unit after the Palisades Park Police Department referred the matter to prosecutors, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
