Large Fight Breaks Out In Food Court At Poughkeepsie Galleria
Police intervention was required at the Poughkeepsie Galleria when a large fight broke out and a gun was pulled out during the altercation. At approximately 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8, police responded to reports of a fight in the food court of the mall, leading to officers detaining five suspects for questioning and the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department bringing in a K9 Unit to search for a weapon that was allegedly displayed. 5 Juveniles Injured, 3 In Custody After 10-Person Linden Brawl
Five juveniles were injured and three were taken into police custody after a brawl in Linden, authorities said. A fight involving 10 juveniles broke out near Ainsworth Street and West St. George Avenue shortly before 3 p.m. Monday, authorities said. Five juveniles were treated for minor injuries and released, police said. Three juveniles were taken into custody. This incident is under investigation. Connecticut Post Mall Launches Parent Escort Policy After Fights Break Out
The Connecticut Post Mall has instituted a parental escort policy the day after several fights broke out at the mall in Milford. Earlier report: Brawls Break Out At Westfield Trumbull, Connecticut Post Malls Under the new policy, which went into effect on Friday, Dec. 27, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older while the policy is in place.
