Bridgeton police responded to North Street on Wednesday, June 17, for a report of a gunshot victim, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said. The victim, a 47-year-old Wildwood man, was hospitalized in stable condition, according to Webb-McRae.

A hit-and-run suspect led police on a highway chase before troopers were able to force her to stop on I-95. That's when authorities found a cache of weapons she had stored inside, officials said.
Amy Palchevskiy, 26, of Goffstown, New Hampshire, was arrested Friday, April 17, following the chase through Stamford, Connecticut State Police said on Monday.
