Madison PD Nab Teen Accused Of Covering Town In Graffiti A 19-year-old man from Madison has been arrested in connection with graffiti found more than 25 since March painted around town, said authorities who charged him. An investigation found that Jeremy C. Gardner painted the words "JAEBANS" and "GEK" more than two dozen times on structures in public parks, apartment buildings and commercial businesses, Lt. John R. Miscia said. Gardner was charged with criminal mischief and released pending a first appearance in Morris County Superior Court.
