Lolita Davis, who remains employed at the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities, was suspended without pay during the probe last year and lost nearly $20,000 in pay, according to settlement documents. At 8:50 p.m., the suspects robbed a victim at gunpoint at Lake Street and Bloomfield Avenue, taking the victim’s Michael Kors bookbag containing an iPhone and ATM cards, Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda said. The unidentified man stole the three handbags from the Smith Haven Mall in Lake Grove at approximately 4:25 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9, Suffolk County Police said. In November and December of 2019, the suspect shown in the photos above used a stolen debit card to make several unauthorized withdrawals from the victim’s bank account in New Windsor and Poughkeepsie.  He also used the victim’s identity to obtain a personal loan which was then withdrawn from the victim’s account.
