An incarcerated man has been indicted on felony charges after prosecutors say he threw urine at a nurse and a corrections officer inside Green Haven Correctional Facility in Dutchess County.
Cain Carothers, 25, was arraigned Wednesday, Feb. 25, on a Dutchess County grand jury indictment charging him with two counts of aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate, the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office announced on Thursday, Feb. 26.
