Nearly six years after the fatal stabbing of a Rockland County library security guard over her request to turn down loud music, the man accused of killing her has pleaded guilty to murder, prosecutors announced.
Blanchard Glaudin, 31, who is homeless, pleaded guilty on Monday, Dec. 9, to second-degree murder, the sole count in the indictment, the Rockland County District Attorney's Office announced on Thursday, Dec. 11.

Paterson police crashed an open-air drug market outside the public library, seizing 651 heroin folds, nearly a dozen bags of crack and $2,185 in drug proceeds while arresting dealers and buyers, authorities said.
