A man is facing charges after police said he approached multiple women and solicited them for sex in separate incidents in Westchester County.
The events leading to the arrest began when Eastchester Police received complaints on Friday, April 24, and Sunday, April 26, involving an unknown man approaching adult women while driving a black Hyundai Elantra, the department said on Tuesday, April 28.
In both cases, the suspect allegedly solicited the women for sex, police said.

Timothy Seibert, 42, of Carlisle, was arrested after a joint investigation with the Cumberland County Criminal Investigation Division, according to the department.

Warren Batz, 37, began messaging what he believed to be a 13-year-old girl on a dating app on May 3, police said. During the chat, Batz allegedly offered the child $200 to “hang out” and “party for free,” saying he wanted to make her his “sugar baby.”

Nicolas Martin Zimmerman, 35, of Chantilly, was arrested on April 7 and is facing multiple felony charges, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO).
