Tattoos May Help Identify Man Found Dead In Delaware River: PA State Police
Pennsylvania State Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man found dead in the Delaware River in Northampton County, troopers announced on Friday, May 30.
The unidentified body was discovered around 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 25, 2025, near Slateford Road in Upper Mount Bethel Township, according to PSP Troop M’s Belfast Criminal Investigation Unit.

Bret Maher, a well-loved Port Monmouth man known for his strength both in and out of the gym, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 26. He was 34 years old.
Bret was born in Long Branch and raised in Middletown, where he played football at Middletown High School South, according to his obituary on the Shore Point Funeral Home website. A four-year starter and a standout on the school's championship team, Bret had a passion for powerlifting, which led him to set a bench press record and inspire others with his dedication to fitness.

Williamstown's Brett C. Abel, Avid Hunter, Fisherman, 39
Brett C. Abel, of Williamstown, died on July 13, according to an obituary published by Farnelli Funeral Home. He was 39 years old.
Brett was a member of the Glaziers Local Union 252, his obituary said.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and enjoyed getting tattoos, his obit said.
He also was a fan of the Eagles, NASCAR and the Phillies.
"Brett was a dog lover and treasured all of his dogs," his obit said.
Above all, he cherished his time spent with his daughters, Juliana and Skylar.

Police Seek Public's Help Finding Missing Suffolk County Man
Police have asked the public for help locating a Long Island man who was leaving his home more than a week ago.
Justin Lee, age 34, was last seen leaving his home on North Washington Avenue in Centereach at about 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 18, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.
An acquaintance reported him missing on Friday, Jan. 21, SCPD said.
Lee is described as being 5-foot-5 and 200 pounds, with black hair, brown eyes, a scar on his nose and a gold front tooth, police reported.
