A Virginia man was flown to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after slamming his motorcycle into a curb in Stafford County and being thrown from his bike, authorities said. A 36-year-old Parlin man was killed in a motorcycle crash in Keyport on Thursday, July 24, authorities said. At 10:04 p.m., officers responded to Route 35 near Stop and Shop and found the motorcyclist off the roadway, Keyport police said. Connor Nolan, a 20-year-old Manchester resident who was killed in a motorcycle crash last week, loved "feeling the freedom of the open road," according to his obituary from the Silverton Funeral Home website. Nolan was pronounced dead at the scene after his motorcycle struck a bicycle, causing him to lose control and be ejected from the vehicle, Manchester police said.
