A Queens man who was high on marijuana and speeding at 123 mph when he crashed and killed his sister and her friend was sentenced Friday, May 8, authorities said.

A Saratoga Springs woman was arrested after allegedly driving drunk and causing a rollover crash in Malta late Monday night, Aug. 25.
The crash happened around 9:45 p.m. on state Route 67 west of Route 9, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
